Crossing the Alps from Andermatt in the canton of Uri to Locarno in the mediterranean Tessin.

Three days: from Saturday June 17th to Monday June 19th.
Day 1: Taxi Andermatt, Pass Gotthard, Airolo, Val Bedretto. Ascent to Pass Cristallina 2550m (1350 m positive level difference), alpine hut Cristallina.
Day 2: Descent from Pass Cristallina to San Carlo (1600 negative level difference). For those who want to avoid the long descent, there is a possibility to go down by the Robiei cable cabin at midway. Bus to Locarno
Day 3: Short trek to Valle Versasca. Bus to Andermatt.
Requirements: 4 - 6 hours walk per day.
